Service Description

This treatment is 1 hour Lymphatic massage covering a specific area as required e.g. leg, back, face or arm and uses light, gentle touch to move excess fluid out of the tissues and back into the lymphatic vessels. Often referred to as massage, MLD is very different from traditional forms of massage that depend on deep and rigorous rubbing to treat the muscles. MLD is much gentler and should feel as if the skin is being brushed, not rubbed or kneaded.
